Tolland, CT has Launched a $10 Million 20-Year ESPC

Tolland has launched a $10 million 20-year ESPC that is expected to save the city nearly $600,000 a year in utility and operating expenses across multiple municipal buildings and four public schools. Tolland will receive a $350,000 utility rebate as part of the project. This is the second project announced under the state's new Energy Savings Performance Contracting Program.
