The Energy Services Coalition (ESC) was pleased to offer a national
educational webinar to promote best practices in the operation of
statewide energy savings performance contracting programs.
The use of energy savings performance contracting can considerably
amplify the economic and environmental benefit provided by the American
Recovery Act. Review this webinar to learn about the methodologies that
have been identified as best practices to accelerate the use of energy
savings performance contracts.

Hahs served as President of the Energy Services
Coalition for three terms. He is now co-chairing
the Market Transformation Committee and is an
active member of the Funding and Organizational
Growth Committees. He has been instrumental
in leading the Energy Services Coalition toward
developing alliances with other organizations
to leverage resources to achieve common goals
around energy efficiency and sustainability.
