Energy Efficiency Financing Programs

Grants No targeted grants for energy efficiency in buildings. Do have grants for PV and Electric Vehicles.
Loans  Community Energy Loan Program (CELP) provides local governments and nonprofit organizations in the state an opportunity to reduce their operating expenses by identifying and installing energy conservation improvements. CELP allows borrowers to use the cost savings generated by the improvements as the primary source of revenue for repaying the loans. Loans under the Program can be made to eligible nonprofits, including hospitals and private schools, or local governments, including public school systems and community colleges.

State Agency Loan Program (SALP) provides loans to state agencies for cost-effective energy efficiency improvements in state facilities.
