Membership
Everyone who wants to help get more energy efficiency and building upgrades
delivered through energy savings performance contracting is invited to
join the ESC. Everyone who is interested can play an active role in the
ESC and make a big difference.
ESC members include representatives of:

- State facility management agencies
- Energy service companies
- Finance companies
- Building owners
- Technical services provides
- Equipment suppliers
- Others that support expanded delivery of energy efficiency through
performance contracting
