TABLE TOP DISPLAYS ONLY!
Due to space restrictions in our meeting rooms traditional trade
show booths cannot be accommodated. 6’ draped tables will be provided
for Table Top Displays. All tables will be positioned around the
perimeter of the meeting room where our main sessions will be held.
This will mean equal exposure to all exhibitors. Brochures
illustrating products and/or services, case studies, and similar data
may be provided for distribution. Any actual products must be limited
in size to fit on the table top. Please bring your table top exhibits
to the event for set up on the morning of AUGUST 22. Set up times are
from 7am to 8:30am. Table tops will need to be removed from 5pm to
5:30pm. TABLE TOP EXHIBIT REGISTRATION:
The fee to register for a Table Top Display is $500.00. Along
with the opportunity to exhibit your products and/or services to the
attendees of the “WORKSHOP on ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING” each
Table Top Display registration also includes one (1) complimentary
Workshop registration. When you register your exhibit
booth, use the person's name who will be attending with your
complimentary workshop registration.
