Dewey Yeatts Dewey Yeatts has over 28 years experience in architecture, engineering, construction, and educational facilities management administration. The vast majority of this time has been spent with public educational institutions in Virginia and Kentucky. Since 1996 Dr. Yeatts has served as Chief Facilities Officer and Associate Vice President for Facilities Management for Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Yeatts has served as a member of the Energy Services Coalition and was instrumental in leading Murray State University to the implementation of the largest energy performance contracting project for a public university in the State of Kentucky. Dr. Yeatts continues to be active within the state and region regarding his solid support of energy performance contracting initiatives. Dr. Yeatts is a published author and frequent contributor to College Planning and Management magazine and served two years as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in architectural engineering from Columbia Pacific University; an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University; and an advanced graduate studies degree and doctorate in educational administration from Virginia Tech. He is a member of APPA: The Institute for Higher Education Facilities Officers and served one term on their national Education Committee. |
