Gene Rogero Gene is a Vice President with Citicapital Energy Finance. He was born and raised in Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He has been in the Equipment Finance & Leasing Industry since 1986 and has been with Citicapital since 1989. During that time, he has financed over $500 Million in Energy-related assets for private, public and not-for-profit entities of all sizes. Through his day-to-day dealings with both vendors and ESCO’s, as well as with State and local governments, Gene has become very familiar with the issues and concerns that those entities have relating to the Federal Government’s “lack of focus” in the area of Energy Conservation. Gene and his wife, Debbie have 4 children, all under the age of 12. |
