Eileen McHugh Ms. McHugh focuses on municipal energy management and public procurement using performance contracting. She works directly with school departments and municipalities to help them maximize energy savings and improve building environmental conditions. She has a BS: Bryant University, Rhode Island. In addition to her experience at DOER, Eileen has over twenty-five years of field experience in the HVAC industry as principle owner and founder of a private company. |
