Ms. Keeler joined All American Investment Group, ("All American") in 2002 as Senior Vice President focused on the origination of municipal and commercial finance transactions.  Since that time she has been responsible for the successful origination of over $700 million in lease and bond financings.  Ms. Keeler focuses on the origination and structure of energy related financings for municipal energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.  Prior to All American, Ms. Keeler enjoyed professional affiliations with Baystone Financial Group in Manhattan, the National Public Finance Division of ABN AMRO, and Banc One Leasing Corporation.  During her 15 years of experience in the public finance arena, Ms. Keeler has been responsible for the development of national vendor programs and energy related project financings resulting in over $1 billion in municipal, commercial and federal transactions.  In addition, she has co-authored performance contracting legislation in several states and is an active member of MBI, NAESCO and currently serves as Board Treasurer for the Colorado Chapter of the Energy Services Coalition.
