Karen L. Keeler Ms. Pelzer joined All American Investment Group, ("All American") in 2002 as Senior Vice President focused on the origination of municipal and commercial finance transactions. Ms. Pelzer concentrates on the origination and structure of energy related financings for municipal energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Prior to All American, Ms. Pelzer enjoyed professional affiliations with Baystone Financial Group, Koch Industries, the National Public Finance Division of ABN AMRO, Banc One Leasing Corporation and First Interstate Bank with a wide range of responsibilities including; credit/underwriting, documentation, placement/syndication and direct origination of municipal, commercial and federal transactions. During her 18 years of experience in the public finance arena, Ms. Pelzer has developed and successfully financed over $1 billion in energy performance contracts. In addition, she has co-authored energy performance contracting legislation for several states and currently serves as a member, officer and board member of several not-for-profit organizations. |
