Dale Hahs is a Manager of Business Development for ConEdison Solutions; a subsidiary of Consolidated Edison, Inc. ConEdison Solutions is a leading energy services company that provides competitive power supply, renewable energy, sustainability services, and cost-effective energy solutions for commercial, industrial, residential, and government customers.

Prior to this role, Dale was a member of the Senior Management team for Custom Energy Services, LLC. With his support, Custom Energy provided energy efficiency solutions to clients throughout the United States. Custom Energy Services was acquired by ConEdison Solutions in May 2008.

Dale received his Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University. He has extensive professional sales experience and received training from organizations including IBM, Lanier, Mastering Business Development, Inc., and the American Management Association.

Dale served as President of the Energy Services Coalition for three terms. He is now co-chairing the Market Transformation Committee and is an active member of the Funding and Membership Committees. He has been instrumental in leading the Energy Services Coalition toward developing alliances with other organizations in order to leverage resources to achieve common goals around energy efficiency and sustainability.
