Daylon L. Hahs As president of Custom Energy, L.L.C., Dale is responsible for the strategic planning, direction and management of the company. He guides process development, enhances teamwork, and works to enrich the culture of the organization to ensure that clients receive exceptional service. Under his direction, Custom Energy has been the energy services partner to numerous K-12 schools, universities, correctional facilities, and a variety of other public and private sector clients. During his tenure with Custom Energy, Dale has been responsible for honing the policies and procedures that have helped make the company successful. He was formerly the Vice President of Business Development for Custom Energy Services, L.L.C. Prior to Custom Energy, Dale was a Regional Manager for a division of Emerson Electric involved in retrofitting facilities and environments for high-tech industries. His responsibilities and achievements were highlighted by 40% market growth over his 15-state region. He has an extensive background in the computer and office equipment business in both sales and support. Dale’s career roles have been in the creation and establishment of efficiencies in processes and systems, both energy and operationally related while enhancing reliability and value. Dale received his Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University. He has had extensive training with numerous professional sales training organizations including, IBM, Lanier, Mastering Business Development, Inc. and the American Management Association. Dale served as President of the Energy Services Coalition for two terms, and has been instrumental in leading the ESC toward developing alliances with other organizations in order to leverage resources to achieve common goals. |
