Perry Been Perry Been is the Business Development Manager for Entegral Solutions, a division of Decker Mechanical, Inc. Entegral Solution's transparent approach to energy improvement projects means open-book pricing, a straight forward process and clear cut results. Prior to his role with DMI / Entegral Solutions, Perry served as the Deputy Director of the Texas State Energy Conservation Office from February 2000 through August 2009. Under his direction, SECO administered and delivered a wide variety of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to significantly reduce energy cost and consumption in Texas' institutional, industrial, transportation and residential sectors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Energy Services Coalition (ESC) since 2002 and served as the Public Sector Vice President on the ESC Board from 2003 through August 2009. Perry is an active member of ESC's Education Committee, Market Transformation Committee, and the Texas state chapter. Before joining SECO, Perry served as the Director of Administration for the Texas State Fire Marshal's Office (1996-2000) and the Director of Administration for the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (1992-1996). Born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Perry has lived in Texas since receiving his B.A. degree in Education from Harding College in Searcy, Arkansas. |
